Finding a travel planner who really plans things and isn't just taking you on a tour with corny jokes is a dream I recently realized I have. I am very happy for you that you found one. I didn't think anybody did that anymore. (If this were a movie or a tv show, my eyes would light up and I would see rainbows and whales, and I would realize, "THIS! THIS is what I was meant to do!" Sadly, this is not a movie or a tv show.)
That's the thing. I always tell people that service providers should work backwards from what the client wants to ideally get out of the experience. It's more of a product mindset, which is my background.
