Last Friday’s post had a question in the comments around good upper body workout movements. I responded with a comment around how to get your 1st full push-up and it isn’t by doing what has been traditionally known as “girl push-ups”.

It looks like the Washington Post agrees because this past Wednesday they posted that their experts agree with my take on push-ups.

And, yes, the “girl” push-up is a very dated reference, but still in regular use unfortunately.


Finally, I’m going to start answering questions that come in via the comments or email.

I’m trying to keep the videos to under a minute so if it’s one that I can answer quickly, I’ll do it on video. Otherwise, I’ll write about it.
