Alrighty, a brief post this week given that many are already on vacation (also mourning the end of summer).
Again, thanks to all of you for subscribing to Go Long. We’re continuing to grow weekly, and many have come from existing subscribers!
We’ve talked about how wellness after 40 does not need to be dysfunctional. It doesn’t need to be about living up to some unrealistic ideal laid out by social media or more traditional media.
More content is going to be coming on this as we, in the “sandwich generation”, deal with the stressors so you can take back more control in your life.

What am I doing during this upcoming holiday weekend?
Not much and I’m ok with that. Dinner on a friend’s boat to celebrate another friend’s birthday. Girls Night Out another night. Hiking is TBD based on the smoke situation here in the PNW.
