The above video is related to this post from last month - I thought I posted it already! My bad. It’s about why understanding your VO2 max matters for your long-term health and longevity.

Happy Halloween to all who celebrate! More on “my costume” at the bottom of the post. I cannot believe how much this year has flown by.

We’re moving rapidly from pumpkin-spiced latte season into Thanksgiving and then we’ll be in full blown holiday mode right after.

What’s coming up for Go Long?

You’ll see posts on establishing boundaries with work and with family, strategizing eating and drinking with holiday gatherings, amongst other topics. If you have a topic you’re interested in learning more about, drop it in the comments or respond to this email.

Plus Go Long will have some Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals for wellness coaching and concierge packages. If you’re interested in making a change now, get in touch.

Think about it - if you can establish some healthy habits during the toughest time of the year to do it, you’ll be SO ahead of the game when we get to 2024! Everyone else will be just getting started!

You have nothing to lose by clicking on the button below to create your own BFD moments.

Another event I am really excited about is having Go Long’s first guest star joining me for a chat. The two of us are working on the content to be discussed and I should have more information in the next week. This is going to be an event where being an annual paid subscriber will benefit you.

OK, so Halloween. The closest I came to a costume was dressing up on Saturday for a friend’s birthday in rhinestones and shiny stuff, which you can all laugh at in the pic below. For the subscribers who know me outside of Go Long, you know this attire definitely qualifies as a costume for me.

How about you? Any fun costumes come out of the woodwork? Or are you just focused on ensuring your kids and pets are appropriately dressed?

Thank you for reading Go Long. This post is public so feel free to share it.
