One customer shared how micro-accountability made all the difference: "The daily reminders to spend just 30 minutes every other day made the overwhelming tasks feel manageable. Within a week, I made more progress than I had in two months, and in 10 days, everything was done."
Join us for a 15-minute webinar on how Go Long’s Micro-Accountability offering can be exactly what you need to get yourself through it all. Read what P.A. had to say about their experience:
“I was skeptical about daily accountability texts but Jill’s are funny and personalized to my goals. I am choosing to leave something behind in order to move towards something better. She has brought me along at a pace I am comfortable with.”

One of the most talked about topics amongst women over 40 is around skin care. It impacts our self-esteem, but also is an indicator of your overall health. How?
About Indie Lee
You can listen to 10 minutes about Indie’s journey from working at a Big 6 firm to battling a brain tumor to starting a clean skin care brand. What I want to point out is Indie’s determination was something that was apparent when we met in late August, 1989 back at SUNY Oswego. We lived two doors down from each other and ended up being roommates off-campus for junior and senior years (she got a break when I studied abroad for a semester).
Indie decided to take a scary and intimidating health situation, and turn it into something where she could make a difference. While it seems glamorous to have your name and brand featured in places such as Nordstrom, Credo, Bluemercury and many other boutiques throughout the globe (yep, she’s global), it was a ton of blood, sweat and tears.
We cover some of this at the beginning of the talk but mostly we talk about how skin care is impacted by autoimmune challenges and perimenopause. We tried to get to as many questions as possible that were submitted, but came up short.
In the coming months, we’ll do some IG Lives where we get into more of your questions — especially how to handle how your skin reacts to the seasons changing, hormonal shifts, and all of the things.
NOTE: Indie is not a medical professional, nor is Jill. Before starting any kind of program, always check with your own medical team first.

Quick Takeaways
Indie: You need to do your homework on the brands you use, whether it is skin care or supplements. Understanding which treatments are regulated by the FDA and which are is critical. Items that are not regulated by the FDA can say whatever they want and even if they are caught, the penalties are slim to none.
Get educated and work on your wind-down routine!
Jill: So many myths debunked. Oily skin doesn’t need oil - false. You don’t need sunscreen indoors - false. Get to a dermatologist for a baseline skin cancer screening so you can understand your risk and learn how small adjustments on skin care can have a huge impact on your overall health.
